ROLE: The OCP Business Development and Field
Owning and driving the rhythm of the business, including SLT reviews, support in Field QBUs, Leadership Team meetings, off-sites, and ensure strong cross collaboration within teams and with key stakeholders and alignment on partner strategy and execution. Partnering with finance and drive the financial management process, including financial planning and execution, cost management, and service demand planning – when needed Maintain and enhance OCP Team site and org communications. Manage the Quarterly award process aligned to the Rhythm of Business. Enhancing leadership time effectiveness by setting
Strong cross-group coordination across all levels as well as the ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward, including the ability to deal with ambiguity and provider structure for others.
