The AB Learning and Development (L and D) team is seeking a customer-obsessed Instructional Designer to support our AB Seller and Buyer teams. Our L and D team works closely with internal Sales teams, Marketing, and Professional Services (to name a few). As an Instructional Designer on the AB L and D team, you will be a key player in designing and developing learning experiences for New Hires and seasoned AB members. You
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field · At least 2 years of Amazon experience in related positions · Demonstrated experience developing training collateral, eLearning and self-directed learning modules, performance support aids, online tutorials and/or other training materials · Intermediate to advanced knowledge of web-editing software and development tools such as Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, SCORM · Intermediate knowledge of using HTML and CSS · Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio,
