We are looking for an exceptional Operations Leader who is passionate about the customer experience, who thinks/acts globally, and who has the ability to contribute major innovations in the industry to join us as Manager Planning and Analysis, WW Customer Service Capacity Planning and Optimization team. The ideal candidate will possess both an operational leadership background that enables him/her to manage medium/large scale, geographically dispersed teams and a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically about customer service initiatives such as new partner/project roll-outs on a global basis. He/She will lead a team of analysts dedicated to Planning, monitoring and controlling

Basic Qualifications · Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics or related Field · 7-10 years of work experience in data analytics. Experience in Planning and operations management role will be an added advantage · Proficiency in writing SQL queries Preferred Qualifications · MBA · Proficiency with BI tools like Microstrategy, Tableau, etc · Experience working with databases/technology
