The Field Marketing Manager - Lead Management plays a vital part in driving marketing results for the North America Field Marketing team and AWS. This person will represent marketing generated leads to internal sales teams with the objective of improving lead quality, follow up and marketing contribution to pipeline. This individual will collaborate with sales teams with the objective of monitoring the health of the lead funnel and deriving insights that result in improved lead conversion rates and new marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will take an analytical approach to problem solving, have a proven track record in lead management, and experience working with sales and marketing organizations. Responsibilities · Work closely with sales counterparts to land sales campaigns, campaign readiness and targeting strategies that results in improved lead conversion · Create playbooks that connect the customer journey for pre and post marketing engagement that can be used to enable sales

· 5+ years experience in a high-tech B2B field marketing, sales or lead management role. · Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or comparable education / experience. · Experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using Marketo, Salesforce.com, Tableau. · Knowledge of the B2B purchase process and how to identify opportunities to create demand and help accelerate opportunities. · Familiarity with the technology sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption and accelerate growth. · Experience with targeting and segmentation and
