· 5-8 years of experience as a marketing manager with experience in acquisitions, engagement, and product launches · Understanding of technical aspects of email, targeting platforms, and CRM · Experience designing and executing rapid-fire test-and-learn campaigns · Proficiency in HTML, SQL, Excel - plus the ability to learn our in-house tools and systems · Experience marketing payment methods and/or financial services products in North America. · A keen, flexible and aggressive intellect with superb conceptual thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills. · Ability to open doors and create new
