Fulfillment Exception Management (FXM) within the SCOT organization Seattle team, is looking for an experienced Product Manager to develop the vision and drive development of next generation solutions to get billions of packages to our customers on time. This group owns the systems that orchestrate services involved in the fulfillment process from the time the orders are assigned to fulfillment until they are ready to be packed and shipped to our customers. Our systems cover a wide range of business and technology areas including inventory management, workflow management, shipment creation, load balancing, and availability. We are seeking a talented, scrappy and driven Product Manager. As a Product Manager for Fulfillment Exception Management, you will identify opportunities to improve our on time delivery rate and drive initiatives to capitalize on these opportunities. · 4 years of professional experience delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment · Demonstrable expertise extracting, manipulating and understanding data to do draw conclusions and drive business results · Experience developing new metrics and monitoring systems to increase understanding of business performance · Ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity and manage changing priorities · Strong organizational skills · Experience defining business objectives and practical strategies to achieve them · Experience defining detailed product requirements and working with data science
