We are looking for an exceptional and experienced Program Manager with strong cross-organization collaboration skills with the ablity to interface with end users and business stakeholders. You will need to identify requirements and transform them into functional design for software engineering development, including end-to-end planning, designing, scoping, managing and delivery of key platform capabilities in a large scale distributed service ecosystem.
To be successful in this role you must have the following qualifications: Strong and demonstrated customer and partner empathy Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills demonstrated by cross group delivery, especially between engineering and business groups Proven track record of delivering complex, high-scale systems or platforms that meet evolving business requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills and a desire to create an open and collaborative team culture Excellent cross-group collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to lead across virtual teams You must thrive
