Amazon operates a world-class network of large, technologically advanced fulfillment centers across the world. The WW Real Estate Team is responsible for acquisition, construction and management of facilities across the Amazon Fulfillment Network. The Strategy and Planning Manager for the WW Real Estate Team is a highly visible role which serves as a business liaison, program leader, and consultant on numerous business topics across the portfolio of the team. The person in this role works behind the scenes to lead programs and solve problems on behalf of WW Real Estate Director and the broader WW Real Estate Team. This person will: · Manage, in coordination with Finance, strategy planning deliverables · Monitor the progress of Real Estate OLT Goals · Implement systems ensuring strong follow-up management occurs on action items and questions with relevant senior leaders · Drive Director of WW Real Estate focus and attention to key bottlenecks, identifying potential solutions and leading
· Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, Planning · Experience developing and implementing process improvements to streamline operations · Experience managing expense budgets and headcount · Demonstrated ability working senior management teams · Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related experience · Demonstrated bias for action with strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask · Confidence operating independently and working
