The Amazon Canada Consumer Electronics team is looking for a talented, customer-obsessed Senior Program Manager to help shape the future of our 3rd party marketplace. This role offers the unique opportunity to own a sizable portion of a fast-growing Consumer Electronics P and L while also driving large scale, high visibility Canada programs across a variety of internal teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a demonstrated track record of successful program/project ownership, juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines, and using data to identify and prioritize opportunities. He/she is analytical, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has strong writing skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and influence employees at all levels of the organization. The Sr. Program Manager will have several key responsibilities within the 3rd party Marketplace side of the business, including: · Program strategy and ownership: Work closely
· Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) · 5+ years of experience working in consulting, retail, or technology industry · Demonstrated examples of leadership and ability to influence others · Experience developing, launching, and managing projects · Ability to analyze and propose data-driven solutions; proficiency in Excel (SQL experience preferred) · Ability to prioritize effectively to manage multiple, changing priorities · Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment· MBA or related Master’s degree · Familiarity with SQL (basic queries)
