Microsoft Healthcare is looking to hire a Business Development Manager. This person will be responsible for supporting Microsoft Healthcare's BD and strategy efforts with large national healthcare providers, payers and life science companies. Key responsibilities include interfacing with internal legal counsel on BAAs, collaboration agreements, term sheets, NDAs and contracts. The candidate will need to be comfortable driving financial modeling of large and complex deals, develop of IP constructs, and working on entirely new commercial constructs. This role will require someone comfortable leading due diligence activities in advance of key meetings, agenda creation, and capturing meeting notes and then coordinating follow-up activities. In addition, the right candidate will be comfortable helping the team complete targeted market analysis and research activities, in particular market sizing, and value creation analysis. Act as the BD interface with internal and external legal counsel around NDAs, BAAs, multi-party research collaborations, term sheet preparation, LOIs, MOUs, and definitive agreements.
