Are you energized by the prospect of working with the highest potential startups in the world to help them succeed on, and with, AWS? The AWS Startup Business Development Team is seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager to lead the relationship development with our most strategic startup customer CXOs globally. The AWS Startup Business Development Team is comprised of former founders/CXOs/operators who put Amazon’s assets to work on behalf of the world’s startups, from conception to M and A/IPO. Our mission is to help startups from Day 1, for the long run. For startups that choose to build on AWS, we work in partnership to speed their products to market, surmount technical and regulatory challenges, build products that operate securely at scale, and win them more business domestically and in global markets. We do this by mobilizing our own people, technology, knowledge, programs, relationships and sales channels (“assets”), across Amazon, to work on their behalf. As Strategic Business

Basic Qualifications: · 5-10+ years experience as a CXO or member of the senior management team in a startup, or equivalent experience in enterprise or venture capital roles. · General management experience across strategy, product, sales/marketing, operations and finance. · Knowledge of core cloud computing concepts, including compute, storage, networking, databases, analytics and higher order services, including serverless, IoT and machine learning. Ability to go deep enough on technical aspects to differentiate among various AWS services and provide insights at the CXO level. · Proven ability
