You will translate how deep technical engagements at the MTC result in business success for our customers. We are looking for a strategic thinker with marketing, technical, and design acumen to join the US National MTC team. Along with your marketing expertise, you have business acumen and industry knowledge, you are truly customer obsessed and results-driven,

Build and coordinate customers programs that are delivered via the MTCs. Customer programs may consist of 1:1 engagements or workshops and readiness that reaches many customers at once. Customer programs will be both local and online experiences. Define and refine the customer experience as they interact with MTCs, from before engagements all the way to post-engagement follow-up. Ensure MTC facilities have a consistent Microsoft brand presence and engage customers as they visit and interact with Microsoft. Design new customer experiences to show the best of Microsoft via MTC facilities across the
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing, product marketing or program management role Ability to translate technology into compelling customer stories Design experience Strong strategic and business planning acumen Ability to think broadly across product areas and technical use case scenarios Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence, and collaborate with teams across engineering, marketing, and sales Embrace a growth mindset and global perspective to drive maximum impact Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in relevant fields (marketing, technical sales, computer science)
