The AmazonFresh and Prime Now business is seeking an organized, action-oriented and experienced Senior Retail Expansion Lead to drive an exciting new strategic initiative in the on-demand grocery delivery space. You will own the development and management of the program plans, ensuring that all activities are completed on a timely basis to the highest possible standards, ensuring positive customer experience with each new implementation from day one. You will have the exciting opportunity to work on one of Amazon’s most ambitious and complex efforts. You will work closely with the business, operations, and technical teams on non-standard and unique business problems and use creative-problem solving skills to deliver actionable output. Your work will have direct impact on the AmazonFresh and Prime Now businesses. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills
· Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience · Experience making scope/schedule/resources trade-off decisions with little or no guidance. · Experience in balancing program requirements with various constraints including resources capacity, budget and scalability and stability impacts · Strong oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate and build consensus with various internal and external groups and senior leaders.· MBA or other Advanced Business Degree · Experience working directly with Operations and Tech teams
