Finance Transformation team Senior Program Manager
Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP and A) Enterprise Finance Transformation team. We are embarking on a complex and visible multiyear enterprise wide program to re-implement and re-design our corporate FP and A systems and processes. This senior leader will drive the execution of a finance work stream. Successful candidates will have deep experience in the following three disciplines – Finance, Program Management and Finance Systems. This individual will develop and lead the execution of the work stream project plan. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks and change control. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. In this role, the candidate will be part of a team that collaborates with business finance and technical teams to deliver world class solutions that are highly scalable, secure, and flexible. This person will have
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience · Seasoned project manager with 6 years’ experience managing accounting / finance process improvement and/or technology projects with aggressive schedules · Experience using Six Sigma, Lean or other process improvement methodology to streamline business processes · Master’s degree or Accounting/Finance certification (Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)) · PMP Certification or Master’s Certificate in Project Management · Delivery focused leader who can work independently and collaboratively
