Imbibe the leadership principles of Microsoft of creating Clarity, generating energy and delivering success Invest in creating the right process and tools to help scale Azure into the next multi billion $ business Recognize and understand underlying business and market drivers and the competitive landscape across C+AI products. Drive change through key ROB activities such as Close, forecast and planning to scale through appropriate tools and processes Drive influencing strategy for C+E businesses landing key strategies such as compensation strategy and investment strategy.
One of the single most important characteristics of an ideal candidate is passion for technology and willingness to dive into the business and build recommendations to help guide the business in the right direction. The person should be able to build and nurture relationships across finance and business partners to drive insights and impact.
