You will formulate and execute privacy processes in Kindle necessary to achieve goals, provide coordination for compliance efforts, and contribute to leadership reviews and reporting. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience · 5+ years of relevant work experience in Program Management· Experience working with challenges related to customer privacy and information security · Experience designing and implementing mechanisms (measurements, etc.) to ensure long-term product success, including compliance · Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles · Demonstrated organizational skills, and ability to work independently and autonomously · Experience leading virtual teams with influence rather than authority
