As a senior program manager on the Consumer, Digital and Other (CDO) Privacy team, you will be working in an agile environment solving enterprise scale privacy challenges by delivering innovation solutions. The privacy team delivers centralized privacy solutions (services, risk and compliance, education, privacy by design, etc.) to protect customer trust. We deliver these solutions in a way that exceeds Amazon’s privacy bar and complies with privacy and data protection regulation, without inhibiting innovation. This position requires a customer-centric, solution-oriented candidate with a combination of experience developing and leading quality improvement projects, and an analytical mindset to develop solutions that are organized and simple to understand. You must be able to effectively partner with Legal, business owners, and engineers across the company to drive a variety of privacy initiatives, including policy and communications related projects. · Bachelor’s degree required and 6+ years of program management or communications experience. · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data and information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including technical/non-technical leaders. · Experience leading virtual teams with influence rather than authority (exceptional influencing and negotiation skills). · Proven ability to lead programs from initiation through delivery, managing dependencies and bottlenecks, anticipating and making tradeoffs, balancing the business need versus constraints
