We are looking for a critical thinker who thrives on solving challenges in partnership with teams across Amazon. You should be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity that’s higher than many programs and display high levels of bias for action and ownership. You will own and lead Privacy for Kindle. You will build and run large scale privacy initiatives, represent the Kindle organization in Amazon-wide privacy initiatives, create training materials, set compliance
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience · Knowledge of Privacy challenges, industry compliance standards and bench marking processes · 5+ years of relevant work experience in Product Management · 3+ years’ experience in developing new products and policies that impact cross organization team· Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, executing, and monitoring privacy programs · Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles · Demonstrated organizational skills, and ability to work independently and autonomously
