The Customer and Partner Success team in Microsoft Business Applications Group is looking for a dynamic program manager to drive planning, execution, and readiness activities to deliver programs that listen to our customers' feedback, drive insights back into engineering teams and seek to ensure a great experience for our most strategic customers. Drive improved customer experience through listening to customers, identifying resources that can be engaged to help specific customers, land insightful evidence with product teams to drive systemic improvements. Develop strategic and productive partnerships within BAG Engineering, CPS teams and business partners that result in improved program excellence and positive customer impact. Drive visibility to voice of customer within BAG Engineering and to stakeholders, through effective and reliable communications. 5+ years of experience delivering large program and project efforts in a high technology environment Experience working in or in-partnership with software engineering teams required A background in cloud technologies and services strongly preferred Strong project management, organization, and time management/prioritization skills Ability to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution Excellent writing, formal presentation and interpersonal skills, with a keen ability to communicate ideas effectively with executives and engineering teams Must excel at
