As a DSP, an entrepreneur can now be his own boss managing a fleet of up to 40 branded vans delivering Amazon packages. To be successful a DSP will hire and develop a team of high-performing
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience · 5+ years of program, product, or project management experience leading large projects with multiple stakeholders · Proven ability to own a project or program autonomously end to end, beginning with planning phase through execution and implementation · Demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in a space where processes will need to be defined, implemented and re-imagined · Proficiency with tools/systems to analyze data including Excel, Tableau, SQL or other data management systems · Excellent verbal/written communication skills· MBA, strategy
