We are seeking a Senior Program Manager who excels in driving complex programs across teams, looks around corners to identify risks and solutions, and is comfortable with ambiguity and willing to roll up his or her sleeves to get things done. You will own delivering cross team initiatives and developing our product portfolio. The ideal candidate is able to bring people together, define processes and operating models,
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent · 8+ years of demonstrated experience in program or project management, product management · Strong bias for action, and ability to invent and simplify · Strong communication (written/oral) - Effective C-level communication skills · Analytical and quantitative skills and data-driven decision making · An ability and interest in driving short term decisions to deliver on mid-long term goals. · Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions · Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain experience
