Key responsibilities include: Partner closely with the product team leaders to get feedback from our strategic customers in Customer Advisory Board Partner closely with the customer success team and marketing team for online and in person events. Ensure satisfaction of the strategic customers and the product team. Establish and Report key metrics for the strategic customer community on regular cadence to stake holders.
