The Amazon Employee Services Technology Team is looking for an innovative, organized and resourceful HR Program Manager to own and execute product launches of Amazon’s employee engagement Salesforce platform. As a Sr. Program Manager you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Responsibilities • Drive Program Goals – Define program plans, manage implementation, develop processes, documentation and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing management. • Define key performance metrics – Develop metrics and track delivery against project objectives. • Communicate – Anticipate and resolve problems, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with all level of stakeholders, including key senior leaders. • Work Cross- functionally – Work with business owners, technology and HR partners at all levels to understand

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. · 7+ years of program, project management experience. · Experience building and/or leading project management organizations. · Experience in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. · Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills, including the ability to mobilize and motivate teams, set direction and approach, resolve conflict, deliver tough messages with grace, and execute with limited information and ambiguity. · Able to effectively manage multiple projects with complex inter-dependencies while remaining quality-focused
