Amazon Payment Products Operations Team is seeking a high-performing leader to drive daily operations and innovate on solutions for existing gaps for the Amazon Prime Store Card. With its compelling value proposition of 5% back or promotional financing on Amazon.com for eligible Prime members, this credit card is positioned as a customer favorite. Operations Program Managers are responsible for helping drive operational excellence within payments. In this role, you will own the local operational relationship with the third party partner (underwriter), advocating for customer experience and applying operational improvements both with the partner as well as with internal teams. You will additionally lead efforts to implement operational efficiencies and escalation reductions. This role will partner with internal stakeholders and teams to
· Proven relevant work experience · Strong analytical skills with excellent problem solving abilities · Experience with Customer Service teams and metrics · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Proficient in English · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent · Ability to accommodate moderate international travel· Experience in e-commerce or financial products, such as credit card transacting, is a plus · Ability to manage multiple competing priorities · Program operations experience, especially within the payments industry · Basic to intermediate SQL skill is a plus · Proficiency in other languages
