As an Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) Sr. Process Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities increase the efficacy and efficiency of the WW Ops acquisition organization, always with an eye toward improving the experience of candidates and team members. “Identifying” opportunities is just the first step, however, as Sr. Process Engineers exhibit a high degree of ownership in delivery of solutions by partnering with the WW Ops talent acquisition Project Management Office, Recruiting Products and Services team, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities will include: · Lead design and development of strategic processes · Work with project managers, business leaders, tech teams and others
· Bachelor’s degree required · 5+ years of progressive responsibility · Lean/Six Sigma experience · Experience in writing SQL queries and mining databases · Up to 25% travel required · Proven track record of sound decision making, taking ownership, and delivering results · Ability to build strong relationships and influence others while working in a cross functional environment, including senior members of the business · Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy · Excellent written and verbal communication skills that convey complex ideas
