Global Specialty Fulfillment is looking for a Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects for our physical retail pickup business. Robust understanding of Fulfillment Operations including order fulfillment, inventory flows, constrained FC assets (capacity and labor), quality, and long term roadmaps will help develop new innovations for tradeoffs within complex ultra-fast operations. This role requires scoping projects, managing to project timelines, and communicating to senior management on status, risks, and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. This role is located in Seattle. · Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or other technical field from an accredited university · 3-5 years of professional experience, including experience operating in highly cross-functional and fast-paced environments · 2+ years’ experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis · Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel is required, including use of lookups and pivot tables · Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously · Excellent written and verbal communication skills complemented with the ability to problem solve independently · MBA and
