The AIR and C+E Controllership team is seeking a Sr. Finance Manager to work in a highly collaborative and fast paced environment to support the FP and A ROB. We are looking for someone with a passion for technology, aptitude for business understanding to drive best in class ROB process and develop strong partnership across multiple teams The AIR and C+E Controllership team supports a portfolio spans across C+E, Dynamics and Search business. This team is responsible for central financial process management, reporting and business intelligence. The successful candidate must demonstrate attention to details, excellent process and communication skills with a passion for business excellence
Responsibilities: Manage finance ROB processes including close, forecast, CFO Previews, CFO Review, Hierarchy and Restatement Develop subject matter expertise on hierarchies, restatements, allocations and overall Revenue, COGS, GM and OPEX reporting packages Facilitate problem solving between Corporate and among the Finance teams Constantly look for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness of reporting solution, through automation and detailed analytics Participate in cross team initiatives to drive process improvements and efficiencies
Qualifications: BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, or other relevant field 5+ years of work experience in accounting/finance/control Solid process management skills with impeccable attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple and competing projects/priorities Advanced to expert level skills with Office required (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to reporting accuracy Knowledge of MS Finance tools and policies
