· Bachelor’s degree required · 6+ years of large-scale Product, Program, or Recruiting Management · Expertise with change management methodologies and tools · Expertise with HR/Recruiting processes and technology products, ideally those used at Amazon · Expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma or other Operational Excellence tools · A track record of effectively owning process creation, management and improvement · Excellent written and verbal communications skills· MBA or other post-graduate degree · Experience operating in a global capacity and representing the needs of multiple regions/countries
