We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to build, test, and scale multi-channel marketing programs across email, mobile, social, and emerging digital platforms. You will work closely with the rest of the Marketing team to execute campaigns in digital channels that support acquisition and engagement goals, while iterating for continuous improvement and maintaining the overall health of our digital channels. You will also proactively bring forward new channel opportunities to the team, identifying what gaps those channels can fill in our current portfolio. The ideal candidate has
· Bachelor’s degree · 5+ years of experience in marketing · Demonstrated proficiency testing and executing programs in 2+ digital marketing channels, such as email, display, social ads, etc. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills· 7+ years of experience in marketing and/or digital merchandising · Experience driving offline actions via digital marketing channels · Ability to influence others with data driven arguments · Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environment · Ability to think both strategically
