Creating global marketing plans that drive awareness, trial and engagement (including market and competitive analysis, viewer and streamer understanding, positioning/messaging, PR, go-to-market strategies) Orchestrating go-to-market execution with an always-on, service-based mentality Delivering insightful recommendations for product and business planning, working closely with engineering and research partners Building and nurturing strong relationships with game studios, developers, content creators and influencers to help grow integration, usage and promotion of the Mixer service Evangelizing
7+ years of marketing experience (preferably in the gaming and/or livestreaming industry) Bachelor's Degree required. MBA or similar advanced degre is a plus Familiarity and passion for gaming, livestreaming, pop-culture, and entertainment Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems, execute effectively, and manage multiple projects at once Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to successfully resolve ambiguous situations Exceptional attention to detail Ability to analyze and synthesize information from multiple
