Partner Marketing Advisor – Biz. Applications As the Partner Marketing Advisor – Biz. Applications, in the OCP Go-To-Market (GTM) team, you could be part of a significant transformation that will require the creation of new innovative GTM strategies and execution of plays with our Channel Partners to drive multi-billion-dollar business across the US Subsidiary. The PMA is a strategic partner marketing role that aligns to business priorities and is accountable for driving priority performance across partner segments. The PMA will manage a set of partner facing external and internal responsibilities while working across Microsoft and the Partner organization. The seniority of the role evidences Microsoft's deep commitment to the partner ecosystem to build a mutually beneficial business relationship by working closely with partner leadership. The PMA represents Microsoft to the channel, communicates our strategy, sells our vision and brings partners along in the digital transformation journey

Launch GTM activities and create awareness across Microsoft Build-With and Sell-With teams as appropriate. Be responsible to strategically balance investments across the OCP Organization aligned to partner strategy. Manage Corporate and Local Programs aligned to Partner capacity and Microsoft Solution Maps. Deliver program performance and Partner feedback to the business. Collaborate with the Channel Management team to deliver measured sales execution on GTM Plays, effectively transferring opportunities and leads for timely follow up and entry into pipeline as appropriate. Drive Partner solutions
Experiences Required: 10+ years of experience in product or channel marketing, partner channel development, business development, alliance management, through partner marketing in the technology industry Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency Extensive experience of working with virtual teams across functions and geographies: Inclusive and collaborative – driving teamwork and cross-team alignment Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills
