The Amazon Canada Lifestyles (Kitchen, Home, Furniture, Pets, and Lawn and Garden) team is looking for a creative, highly-motivated, data-driven marketer with a proven ability to develop, test, launch, and optimize marketing programs and has an attention to detail. We’re seeking a Marketing Manager who will deliver data-driven acquisition strategies across multiple marketing channels (i.e., email, push notifications, social, SEO, on-site, etc.) and drive alignment with stakeholders to optimize campaigns, launch programs and drive incremental traffic to our categories. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement (frequency, share of wallet, cross-category engagement), and retention through developing marketing strategies and programs to develop demand, optimize traffic, and continually improve customer experience to deliver growth for the business. This person will manage multiple projects while keeping stakeholders updated on their progress. The

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, business, engineering and/or relevant field of study · 3 - 5 years of experience in a marketing-related role (e.g. acquisition marketing, online/digital marketing, marketing operations) · Proven ability to build, execute, and scale cross-functional marketing programs · Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail · Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders · Ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization and gain support for initiatives · Accomplished
