· Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or recognized equivalent work experience · 5+ years’ experience of demand and capacity planning in multi-channel and multi-site contact centers · 5+ years' experience with Microsoft Excel (advanced skills) · 5+ years gathering/interpreting data/modeling data and utilizing analytical tools to constructively challenge and test assumptions in order to identify improvements · · Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role · Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role Amazon.com is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative
