As an Executive Business Administrator, you will work in close partnership with the Business Manager and other members of the Chief of Staff Office and CSS Leadership Team to provide seamless support. The position requires someone who has excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work at the Microsoft

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Manage and maintain complex calendar to ensure accurate scheduling and time management for the CVP. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including on-the-ground logistics. Prepare Expense Reports in a compliant and timely manner. Work closely with Business Manager on aligning Rhythm of the Business processes and operations with Leaders calendar and ensure tight coordination of commitments. Coordinate scheduling and logistics for Leadership Teams staff meetings, All Hands, events and offsites, including venue selection, meeting details,
Qualifications: Excellent organizational, analytical, anticipatory, and written communications skills. Ability to make independent decisions and to juggle multiple projects at once, in addition to dealing with ambiguity. Solid project-management and problem-solving skills. Must be assertive and have a high level of integrity and consistently demonstrate a positive can-do attitude with the ability to maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive material with tact and professionalism.
