As a Program Manager, you will work with senior leadership, project teams, and external vendors to develop project plans and timelines for system planning, development, and implementation. This role will tap into your ability to plan strategically, manage structured projects, develop test plans and coordinate testing activities. You will facilitate systems deployment (including migration strategies and implementation), production support (including system analysis, troubleshooting, problem resolution, testing, and training),
· Bachelor's degree · Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM) · 5+ years of experience implementing large scale software projects · 2-3 years of supervisory experience· Exceptional project management and organizational skills · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present in a clear and concise manner to all levels within the enterprise · Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment · Ability to organize and analyze detailed information and present it in a variety of formats for business, executive, and technical audiences · Excellent leadership
