This role sits within University Recruiting (UR) and you'll be in the c enter of the action, partnering directly with all Engineering, HR, D and I, and Industry/UR Staffing leaders to lead, influence, and shepherd strong university hiring results in a very competitive talent market.

Leadership - Managing a world class group of account management recruiters, PMs, and coordinators who are the conduits between UR and the business focused on making record university hires. Strategic advisory to Microsoft executives - across all Microsoft Engineering orgs, serve as a consultative trusted advisor with executives, identifying business hiring needs and collaboratively consult on topics such sourcing strategies, hiring trends, intern program development, diversity, candidate attraction, interview best practices, both globally and locally. Lead and consult at the EVP and CVP levels
Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience, preference for experience in a managerial/leadership role Demonstrated success in managing Talent Acquisitions programs and projects in a complex, matrixed, and global business environment, including designing effective hiring processes to meet changing business needs Demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner across HR/TA teams to deliver effective business solutions and proven success in direct and indirect influencing of teams Ability to meet standard measurements of success for GTA such as: attainment against annual hiring plans, diversity
