The ideal candidate would have superb project management and communication skills, leadership skills to manage a diverse set of stakeholders and business acumen to understand how to drive strategic portfolio related decisions . Responsibilities include - Evolve and manage a consistent process and tool that enables multiple Services solution and offer teams to submit and triage new solutions to be considered as a Portfolio offering. Lead an architecture and design session. Ensure that all business enablement and operations teams have a way to inform and influence decisions. Evolve the process to
8+ years of direct experience with line of business processes, program management in a technical environment, portfolio management, or infrastructure operations 5+ years of experience and proven ability to organize and support cross-business re-engineering or other change programs Leadership qualities and ability to coordinate physical and virtual resources, verbal, written and presentation skills, good listener, ability to provide direction and clarity Strong knowledge of process management and change management techniques; structured approaches to problem solving, decision making, and business
