Amazon is seeking a results-driven, influential Program Manager to lead a series of Recruiting initiatives across the Physical Stores organization. As a Program Manager you will work with senior leaders across multiple business lines as well as Recruiting partners and our team to drive actions and initiatives that enable the continued growth and scalability of our hiring processes. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate strong project management skills, analytical capabilities and be able to influence by providing data-driven recommendations. You’ll need to be flexible and adapt quickly to changes in direction and be able to effectively manage conflicting priorities. · Bachelor’s degree · 5+ years’ experience in project or program management · Knowledge of program management lifecycle, and skilled at project management tools · Demonstrated analytic skills (Microsoft Excel) · Ability to influence without authority, think proactively, and function independently · Ability to develop quick turn-around, practical recommendations based on data and research to inform strategic decisions in a fast moving environment · 6+ years as a proven leader driving multi-organizational projects, from initial concept to final deliverable while successfully managing various stakeholder
