In this role you will enable and empower our businesses to accelerate their transformation of our company through hiring amazing talent that will in turn help to shape Microsoft and the world. This opportunity is focused on Talent Sourcing in the University Recruiting space, supporting Microsoft's Go-To-Market business and Corporate Functions. You will be responsible for creating an inclusive Talent Sourcing strategy and for the execution of that strategy for Microsoft's Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Business Development, Legal, and Supply Chain talent pipelines for undergraduate and graduate (including MBA) talent from Universities across North America. You will manage the team responsible for execution and delivery

External Focus: Defining and driving the Talent Sourcing strategy for University level talent in Microsoft's Go-To-Market Businesses and Corporate Functions. As the talent sourcing leader in this space you will be expected to provide in-depth market insight to inform sourcing strategy and decisions. Differentiated Hiring: Creating and executing diverse and inclusive sourcing strategies that enable Microsoft to hire talent that will transform the company. This includes off-season planning, talent mapping, and proactive sourcing of passive talent in the University Recruiting space. Foundational Recruiting
Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience, preference for experience in a managerial/leadership role Bachelor's degree or equivalent education Strong expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter Detailed understanding of the University landscape in North America Highly developed analytic skills Experience in project management and designing effective talent sourcing strategies and hiring processes to meet changing business needs Proven people leadership / management experience
