As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will work with the HR leaders and AWS Platform leaders and their organizations to establish and implement HR programs that support organizational and talent development for a dynamic, growing business. This includes facilitating annual HR goals such as global expansion, performance management, career development, succession planning, and employee engagement. Your bias for action and thought leadership will position your client teams to win in a fast paced environment. You will partner with your clients throughout the planning and execution for these programs, tying them back to the business strategy. You will also work to improve organizational design and structure, provide change leadership and management coaching, as well as design and deliver management training. · Bachelor Degree required in Human Resources Management or related field · At least 5 years of experience in an HR leadership role with broad knowledge and experience in human resources · General knowledge of employment laws such as ERISA, COBRA, ADA, and other federal and state laws covering discrimination and equal opportunity employment, understanding when subject matter expects need to be engaged on these subjects · Project management and execution skills · Coaching and consulting skills · Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field · Experience working in a high-tech, entrepreneurial
