Envision and partner with team members to design robust analytic solutions to meet the complex needs of our business partner Deeply understand and define key business scenarios served through data and analytics Design, develop and support effective data analysis and reporting solutions transforming raw data into actionable insights Work across team to build/support integrated data sets for analytics by leveraging different data pipelines across Finance Drive evangelization and education of our analytics tools Effective partnerships with other BI, data, and corporate system organizations Thought
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a technical field, such as Computer Science; MBA/CPA or equivalent are a plus 5+ years of progressive work experience in financial reporting, data modelling, data analysis, and business partnering Problem solving attitude which thrives on addressing complex challenges and business problems through data and analytics Hands-on experience with Microsoft BI technologies, including deep understanding of tabular data models, proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel skills leveraging PowerPivot and VBA, and developing Power BI reporting; SQL Reporting Services experience
