The G and A (Finance, HR, Legal, and Global Corporate affairs) recruiting team is seeking an experienced program manager to join us as we work to continuously improve efficiency and performance within our Recruiting Organization. This leader will work across the G and A organizations to design, implement and manage end to end programs designed to deliver an exceptional candidate experience at each touch-point throughout the candidate lifecycle. As a Program Manager on the team you will take ownership for the candidate experience programs in our organization working with a team of technical and non-technical recruiters, recruiting coordinators, business analysts, employer brand marketing experts and conceptualize and other program managers cross-company. In this role you will conceptualize and launch programs that help us move the needle on key initiatives like candidate
· BS/BA degree · 3+ years of experience managing programs or products in support of a mid-to-large scale organization. · SQL and Excel modelling experience · Experience working in a Talent Acquisition Organization · Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, able to influence at executive level · Experience using Tableau or other data visualization tools Amazon is an Equal Opportunity Affirmative Action Employer- F/M/V/D
