Talent acquisition is an integral part of our business growth cycle, responsible for placing the right individuals in roles to fund key new initiatives. The Senior Program Manager will lead the prioritization of ATS and CRM systems requirements, partnering with internal clients and collaboratively with recruiting leadership and support organizations across the organization. The successful candidate must exhibit good judgment, assessing current recruiting systems capability and establishing adoption strategies that support our hiring cycles and adoption windows. This person will be an expert in recruiting

· Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Systems or equivalent experience · 5+ years of project management experience · 5+ years of experience working with systems to develop and improve processes · Experience building processes and system implementation plans from scratch · Track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish · 5+ years of experience leading custom development business systems projects · Advanced experience using or managing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system · Proven ability of adopting and utilizing technology to improve
