Amazon is seeking an exceptional Program Manager who will lead the DSP inputs on the East Coast of all the Amazon branded vehicles program that supports entrepreneurs who are starting their own businesses as Amazon Delivery Service Partners. You will be responsible for all the DSP inputs in the West Coast region, communications to the DSP's for deployment, end-to-end vehicles delivery experience, and data to key stakeholders. This leader will have stellar business acumen, be comfortable interfacing and driving various functional teams, have a passion for developing and implementing processes in an ambiguous problem space, and be willing to roll up their sleeves to build a program that will significantly impact Amazon’s last mile delivery capabilities in NA. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team oriented and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience · 2+ years of relevant work experience in Program management, process improvement · Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles and develop processes at scale. · Demonstrated organizational skills, and ability to work independently and autonomously. · MBA · Experienced in lean process improvement techniques and implementation · Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
