Join a fast-paced team who is in need of a Director, Systems Capability Portfolio Lead. This role partners closely with engineering teams who deliver solutions for the broad ecosystem of Microsoft Services. The role looks across all capabilities and works with specific capability owners to manage a portfolio of change, ensure roadmaps are aligned and ensures we are progressing with capability maturity and integration across the ecosystem. This role sits in the Portfolio and Planning Management team (PPM). The PPM team is part of the Connected Systems and Data Organization (CSD) within the Business Excellence and Operations (BEO) Organization. A branch of Microsoft Services focused on delivering end to end customer experiences through mature capabilities. You will be instrumental in developing an ecosystem that serves thousands of Services field personas who in turn support our Microsoft customers. What is a Systems Capability Portfolio Lead One who can orchestrate change across a set of

Stakeholder management including orchestration across business and process stakeholders to alignment on capabilities and scenarios for delivery across multiple engineering partner teams. Roadmap management including a consistent way to manage backlogs. Business value management through documented success criteria, metrics and KPI's. Manage an overall architecture view that is aligned with engineering teams. Develop and manage a consistent capability maturity view Bring new thinking and analysis into how we mature our capabilities
Minimum of 5 to 8 years working as a capability manager, product manager, business-systems analyst, or other related business discipline. Strong strategic leadership with experience leading a systemic process. Demonstrated flexibility - willing to fill in the gaps rather than relying on others where necessary. Demonstrated ability to seamlessly manage across disciplines; engineering, process, BI, data mastering and others. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Microsoft Services experience preferred . Strong preference given to any candidate with experience in a Microsoft Sales or Delivery
