· College degree BA/BS in a related field · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · 5+ years’ experience in Program management and/or change management within a learning and performance team · PRINCE2 or PMP certification · Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and inspect process improvement for learning and performance · Ownership and the ability to find solutions and a path forward even in ambiguous situations. · Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. · Demonstrated ability to work well in a global team environment, work under tight deadlines and successfully
