The Musical Instruments team is hiring an experienced and motivated Senior Program Manager to own the management and expansion of the Hardlines Rentals Business (launched Band and Orchestra products in October 2018). This includes launch efforts, strategic planning, definition of business requirements (for expansion), and project execution. This individual will work to drive strategy and deliver a great product and customer experience working closely with product managers, marketing, finance, engineers, and executive teams across multiple teams. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities include: · Work closely with engineering teams and program management to deliver complicated logistics on tight timelines. Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, timing, and operational support load. · Identify and resolve strategic issues that
