General Summary: Finance Business Intelligence (Finance BI) an organization with Microsoft Finance has a wide mandate across accounting operations, implementing strategic initiatives within Microsoft, corporate financial reporting systems and controls monitoring. We are an organization of over 130 professionals based in Redmond, Europe and Asia. A key priority within the organization is to drive the organization's rhythms, good and thoughtful communication, and business readiness. We are looking to hire a project manager to drive these activities. The successful candidate will drive strategic projects, project manage the business support function while building a deep understanding of the organization, its objectives and impact that it drives. You will have an opportunity to work with the General Manager (GM) of Finance BI in helping the GM drive all hands, transformation workshops, and manage the GM's opex budget. Responsibilities: The candidate's core responsibilities will be in four areas. First, managing the business readiness function. The organization has a regular drum beat of monthly newsletter, twice a year transformation workshops and support building out training and business readiness collateral like videos, sway and communication artifacts. We also host external events every other year and planning for them will also be in scope for this role. Second, run a smooth business support function that includes coordinating with the office of the CVP for CFS on CFS all hands, CFS bulletins, CFS priorities
