You will be a part of the Talent Assessment team in Global Talent Acquisition and will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to design and deliver innovative hiring solutions which predict success in job roles. You will serve as the single threaded Program Manager to develop innovative tools that use science to hire high quality candidates for the Physical Stores organization. You will drive creation of scalable solutions, product implementation, change management and communication strategies. Successful candidates will have experience in technology organizations, are passionate about serving their clients, have excellent problem solving abilities, and are able to influence without authority across all levels of the organizational hierarchy. The ideal candidate will have strong program management, communication and analytical skills;
· 5 years of relevant program/project management experience · Bachelor's degree · Experience leading cross-functional projects with demonstrated expertise leading without authority to achieve results · Experience effectively partnering with HR and business teams to build effective HR programs and strategies · Solid project management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and doing whatever it takes to deliver reliable results.
