We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and influential leader for our portfolio of food categories. As the Principal of Strategic Planning, this leadership role is pivotal to the continued growth of Amazon Go. In this role, you and your team will own and drive strategic decisions, manage demand planning, and develop new forecasting models. This role will develop sales and operation planning processes and lead complex projects across the organization in partnership with senior leaders and executives. · Bachelors Degree · 10+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Category Management, and/or Channel Management · 7+ years of experience managing and leading cross-functional projects · Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree · Experience leading and transforming large, highly effective organizations · Experience presenting to senior management · Strong written and oral communication skills · Track record of starting up new services, and delivering projects on-time and within budget · Outstanding attention to detail, without losing sight of the big picture · Ability to manage both strategically
